Who we are

Meet the Director behind Magna Surveying

Established in 2023, Magna Surveying was founded to provide clear, practical and reliable surveying advice to property owners, developers and professionals. We understand that property matters are often time-sensitive, technical and sometimes contentious, particularly where neighbouring owners, boundaries or building works are involved. Our role is to make the process clearer, better documented and properly managed.

Our work is grounded in competence, integrity and careful attention to detail. We assist with Party Wall matters, boundary advice, building condition reporting, land surveys and Land Registry compliant plans. Each instruction is approached on its own facts, with advice and documentation tailored to the property, the proposed works and the client's objectives.

We place strong emphasis on communication and practical problem-solving. Whether acting for a Building Owner, an Adjoining Owner, a homeowner, a developer or another professional, we aim to provide clear guidance, accurate records and properly prepared documents that help reduce uncertainty and avoid unnecessary disputes.

As the company continues to grow, our focus remains on delivering dependable surveying services built on legal understanding, practical site experience and professional judgment. Our aim is to be a trusted point of contact for clients who need straightforward advice, careful documentation and a structured approach to property and neighbourly matters.
